Refund policy

Customers may return any item for any reason without incurring charges and will receive full credit or refund for items returned in perfect unused and unwashed condition. To request a return or exchange, contact Help@MilkenMerch.com.  Please include style number(s), quantity, and let us know whether you are requesting a return or an exchange. 

If you want to exchange your item for a different size or style, consider visiting us at the distribution center at 18028 Ventura Blvd in Encino. An appointment is needed to make an exchange or return in person. Request a time by emailing help@milkenmerch.com
